Sunny Ville Condominium is located at Jalan Batu Uban, 11700 Gelugor, Penang, Malaysia.

Sunny Ville is within walking distance to University Sains Malaysia and as such it is a favorite place for students, especially international students. The condo is also very close to Tesco, Queensbay Mall and the FTZ hub. Plenty of shops and entertainment are available a short drive from Sunny Ville.

Residents who work in the Bayan Lepas Industrial Area or Georgetown city centre can get to those locations rather easily via Jalan Batu Uban.

Who are us?

We not a agent but a owner. We are renting our the apartment for foreign or local people.

What we provide?

All the units of apartment are full furnish. We provide TV, microwave, refrigerator, Washing machine, Air Condition, Ceiling Fan, Gas stove, water heater, mattress.

What we not provide?
​
Internet and cable, utilities bill have to pay by tenant.
​
How long should the tenant rent?​
​
We accept short term stay from 3 months - 5 months but it depend on the available of the units. Usually tenant agreement minimum is one year.

What is the Deposit ?​
​
We taking one months deposit rental and half months utilities bill deposit. We only provide each unit one token to access the lift entrance if you need more we collect each token deposit. All the deposit will be return after you check out the apartment
​
How to pay rent?​

We accept cash or online banking only.
